Bare and Boho is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical production and sourcing. We are registered members of The Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (Sedex), which is a not-for-profit membership organisation for businesses committed to the continuous improvement of ethical performance within their supply chains.
As part of our ongoing commitment, we undertake annual auditing through external companies of our manufacturing facility. This process enables us to ensure our suppliers are upholding standards of ethics, safety, staffing and financial compliance at various levels of governance. The auditing process also ensures we are kept updated with changes to industry compliance and provides us with direction to better our supply chain where necessary.
We work very closely with our manufacturing teams and maintain positive relationships with our team members abroad. We are very conscious of working towards a greener, cleaner and safer textile industry, and are working towards OEKO Tex certification currently, and we currenlty manufacture with GOTS certified organic cotton yarn. We also undertake regular testing for heavy metals in our fabrics, and are pleased to confirm our fabrics are safe and clean.
