Warranty and Returns

We take pride in working with an established and ethical manufacturers; using highest of quality materials. However if you are not satisfied with your product, please read the information below regarding details surrounding warranty. Warranty is extended to original owner of the product only, and proof of purchase must be supplied.

  1. All goods, excluding sale items, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
  2. At our discretion, we will organise the repair or replacement and will cover associated postage costs.
  3. Please email us with details and pictures of products as soon as you notice any defects within the abovementioned warranty period.

CLAIMS COVERED BY WARRANTY:

Snaps, flaws in fabric, stitching, PUL, zippers.

CLAIMS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Shrinkage in natural fibres (organic hemp/bamboo-cotton will shrink- read product descriptions for more information)
  • Accidental damage on shell: PUL delamination from high temperature washing, excessive sun damage through drying, tumble drying
  • Accidental damage on inserts: via non-compliant wash routines, washing above 60 degrees, soaking, nappy barrier cream, fabric softeners, bleach, detergents containing: whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils, vinegar, natural soaps.
  • Any type of modification such as cutting, stitching, removing aspects etc. (including the care label)
  • Excessive wear and tear
  • Snags
  • Fading
  • Pilling
  • Where the garment is deemed to not adequately "fit" yourself or child, even when falling within the listed weight guides. This is due to varied shapes and sizes within the weight range, creating varied fit results. Our products are designed to cover broad ranges of ages and weights in the single size (Eg One-Size), resulting in potentially different experiences for every user of the garment. When purchasing multi-sized products, the customer accepts these terms of purchase.
  • Where the purchase was not made directly through our site, a verified retailer or stockist of ours. (Eg the product was purchased on the second-hand market.)

RETURNS:

We really hope your experience with us is pleasant and will do our best to ensure a smooth process from start to completion of your order with us.

The following reasonable conditions apply to our Returns Policy:

  1. Please email us and provide pictures if declaring a manufacturing fault or order error within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items to please be returned in any original, undamaged & unused condition. If we have made a mistake with your order or the items are faulty then we will cover return postage costs where applicable. Please contact us for return postage address.
  3. Refunds will be made payable to the same tender type the original order was made through. This may take up to 7-10 days to complete.
  4. We cannot offer a replacement or exchange on SALE items, or discontinued product.
  5. Please understand we cannot honour returns for items purely due to change of mind.
  6. Please understand we cannot honour returns/refunds for items that were purchased under a "preorder/backorder" disclaimer. This is due to us allocating that stock to you, which meant another potential interested customer may not have been able to purchase.
  7. Please understand we cannot honour refunds for purchases made externally through a retailer or stockist, you must communicate any concerns directly via the original (and verified) seller of new items to you. You will need to show proof via an itemised receipt of purchase in every instance.
  8. Please understand we cannot honour returns/refunds for items deemed to inadequately "fit". Various items of our apparel are catered to offer multi-size functionality in a single apparel piece. This may not always suit all user shapes of body.
  9. Please understand we cannot honour returns/refunds for items deemed to be causing an element of discomfort for the user or deemed to not meet a user's specific expectations. Our apparel items are designed to cater to varied shapes and sizes in single units, whilst we aim to provide products that will always provide comfort to all users, this is not always possible given the varied users fit-techniques, level of understanding about the product and willingness to resolve any concerns with us directly.

EXTERNAL RETAIL PARTNER PURCHASED PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:

Refunds will not be granted in the case of purchases made via our external retail partners. However, the above terms and conditions for replacement/repair for any potentially defective items will be honoured for up to 6 months from proof of original purchase.

SIZING/FIT SUITABILITY:

Our products are designed to cover broad ranges of ages and weights in single sizes (Eg One-Size Fits Most Nappies), resulting in potentially different experiences for every user of the garment. Our one-size products are designed to fit most shapes and sizes within the specified weight range. Varied shapes and sizes can create varied fit results. We cannot guarantee that our One-size nappies will fit all shapes and sizes within the specified weight range. When purchasing multi-sized products, the customer accepts these terms of purchase.

As disclaimed in the above terms and conditions, we offer open disclosure that a product may not always meet your desired expectation for fit or ease of use.

INCORRECT SIZE PURCHASED:

We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. For all of our clothing products, items and accessories, please take careful note of the precise measurements, mainly shown in centimeters (CM). As part of our company policy, we will not be able to accept returns or provide refunds for items which are the wrong size.

 DISCOUNT CODE DISCLAIMER:

Bare and Boho reserve the right to issue or reject claims for discounts codes. We will honour unclaimed codes on a purchase up to 24 hours post-order being placed, transferring the claim amount to a store credit for future purchase (it will not be reduced from the already made purchase).
