Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Many of our products are designed to cover broad ranges of ages and weights in single sizes (Eg One-Size Fits Most Nappies), resulting in potentially different experiences for every user of the garment. Our one-size products are designed to fit most shapes and sizes within the specified weight range. Varied shapes and sizes can create varied fit results.

INCORRECT SIZE PURCHASED:
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of our products. For all of our products designed to be worn, please take careful note of the precise measurements, mainly shown in centimetres (CM).
