Your order will be despatched within two-three business days when stock is available.
Once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. However, if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, we will do our best to work with you to amend this. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the us within 3 days of receiving the order. Replacements will be at our discretion once assessments are completed.
Please enter your shipping address correctly because you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend to the correct address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can aim to amend with the courier.
If we are out of stock, we allow backordering of product for your convenience, however please note that if your order contains any product on backorder it will only be despatched once all the products arrives.

We ship anywhere around the world. Postage rates are calculated automatically at the checkout. International orders are sent with DHL International and usually take between 5 – 16 days depending on your country. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any Customs duty, Excise duty and/or import VAT upon arrival in your country.
Both Australia Post and DHL provide tracking numbers. These will be emailed to you once your order is scanned at the courier’s depot in transit to you.
