Shipping Information

Once products have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. However, if a product arrives damaged or is misplaced, we will do our best to work with you to amend this. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the us within 3 days of receiving the order. Replacements will be at our discretion once assessments are completed.

Please enter your shipping address correctly because you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend to the correct address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can aim to amend with the courier. 

 

Backorder Policy

If we are out of stock, we allow backordering of product for your convenience, however please note that if your order contains any product on backorder it will only be dispatched once all the products arrive.  

 

Shipping within Australia
  • Free Shipping applies to orders over $200
  • Free Express Shipping applies to orders over $250
  • $12.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
  • $20 Flat Rate Express Shipping

 

Shipping to New Zealand
  • Free Shipping applies to orders over $250
  • $15 flat rate for orders between $100 and $250
  • Calculated rates apply to orders less than $100

 

Shipping Internationally

All Orders sent via Australia Post Express;

  • Free Shipping applies to all US, CA, UK & EU orders over $250
  • Free Shipping applies to all other orders over $300

Orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will have postage rates applied based on the order value;

  • Calculated rates apply to orders less than $100
  • $35 flat rate for orders between $100 and $200
  • $20 flat rate for orders between $200 and $250
  • $15 flat rate for orders over $250

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duty, excise duty and/or import VAT upon arrival in your country.  

 

Tracking

Australia Post provides tracking numbers. These will be emailed to you once your order is scanned at the courier’s depot in transit to you.

  • International Express Shipping: 3-15 Business Days*

*As outlined by carriers. Any delays or changes to delivery times are not the responsibility of Bare and Boho. Any late delivery inquiries need to be submitted to the carrier. Once submitted you may also notify Bare and Boho of the delay and we will do our best to assist with any issues.
